Use your favorite torrent client to download the "RMAG development VM,":http://omploader.org/vM2NpNw designed for use with "Virtualbox.":http://www.virtualbox.org/  After extracting, tell Vbox to _Import Appliance_ to get started. Despite being made for and in VirtualBox, the exchange format is supposed to be a universal one that is readable by other VMs as well if you don't want to use VirtualBox.
