Description
A level class that:
- Loads level information from a plaintext level file. This format should support background and parallax layers, collidable objects (e.g. ground, ceilings) and non-collidable objects (near-background objects). Level information should be loaded into appropriate sprite groups.
- Defines the player start location and goal location
